Swimming Pool: Our neighborhood swimming pool has a 20-foot slide; children’s play equipment and designated play area; lap lanes; and hot tub. Clubhouse: Our neighborhood clubhouse features a multi-purpose room ideal for neighborhood parties and special occasions; and a relaxing great room and juice bar to enjoy as you reconnect with friends and neighbors. Fitness Center: Featuring treadmills, elliptical trainers and other aerobic pieces and weight resistance training machines as well as locker room facilities. Trails: Timnath Ranch trails are connected to both the Town of Timnath system and the regional Poudre River trail system—which will ultimately connect to Windsor and Fort Collins.

The Town of Timnath
Poudre School Districts newest - Bethke Elementary - Is located within Timnath Ranch. It will open in August of 2008 for the school year. Junior High students in our neighborhood attend Preston Junior High and High School students go to Fossil Ridge. All of these schools are in the well-regarded and highly desirable Poudre School District. The Town of Timnath plans to construct a town park on the east side of Timnath Ranch. This park will connect to Timnath Ranch and will include multiple sporting fields. The parksite is located on land that Timnath Ranch has dedicated to the town.

Timnath Ranch electricity and gas provided by Xcel. Water is supplied by Fort Collins/Loveland Water District. Sewer is provided by the South Fort Collins Sanitation District. Phone is provided by Qwest. The town of Timnath will soon be providing wireless WiFi to Timnath Ranch free of charge. Cable and internet is provided by Comcast.
